3. Shipping Fees
- International Orders：
- Free DHL/UPS shipping on orders over $150
- Standard Post fees $8-$15 (based on destination)
- Mainland China：
- Free shipping on orders over ¥199
- Economy Courier starts at ¥8
4. Order Processing
- All orders processed and shipped within 24 hours (holidays excluded)
- Tracking number provided upon dispatch
5. Return Policy
- 30-Day Hassle-Free Returns：Unused items with intact packaging accepted within 30 days of delivery
- Process：Contact support → Receive return address → Ship back → Refund issued after inspection
